More Bidders For Rovers????

2 More consortiums have been linked in taking over Blackburn Rovers Football Club. With the Mr Syed and Co currently in the process of due diligence, it has come as a suprise that at least 1 more consortium has fielded a bid with Rothschilds.

An Asian and an Australian consortium of businessmen are the newest bunch linked with a take over, with the Aussies apparently lodging a 25 million pound bid.

Who knows whats going on these days....

In other, non-related news, Sasman and Oziroversfan are reported missing, with the two allegedly robbing the Australian Federal Bank...more to come...

what other wonders will this saga bring up!

A single owner investing 300m or a consortium with 25m between them? No contest in either cash or type of investor. Consortiums/Partnerships owning football clubs have a poor record. Eventually they have different points of view/want different things and the club suffers. Sasman and oziroversfan have just driven past me with police vehicles in hot pursuit

Sullivan + Gold, Hicks + Gillet, Glazer Family, etc etc.. all failed.. one owner.. Mr Syed... 300 million.. job done..

you want Syed over the Sas and Oz? not nce.....
sasman
300m one owner or a consortium with 25m. Can't see how the new bidders are considered to be providng competition, unless the Syed company bid collapsed.
