Fielding (incredibly) is in the England squad!

Blackburn Rovers reserve goalkeeper Frank Fielding has been called into the full England squad for tomorrow's friendly against Hungary.

The most astounding thing is that as things stand, Fielding (who has never played a full senior game for Rovers) is Rovers number four choice keeper but number three for his country.

The England under 21 international will be on the substitutes bench along with Watford keeper Scott Loach - after Ben Foster pulled out of the squad today and ironically, club mate Paul Robinson retired from England duty.

I am almost speechless.

Outrageous. I'm not a Blackburn fan and I don't have the slightest clue who he is.
