Spoke to some Man U fans last night and they reckon he ranges from solid to real potential... Not a bad capture me thinks but we will get a more senior striker I am sure.

I think he is a much more promising player than Di santo, if you can score 4 goals in a game in less than half an hour you can't be that bad. Di Santo is a technically gifted player but by no means a goalscorer as we saw last season.

Positive Signs For Bennett

Bennett was positive of Blackburn being able to see off Lancashire rivals Preston heading into this game at Ewood Park after the Norwich and Fulham results.

Minor Graham Setback

Blackburn had to do without Danny Graham against Preston following the groin problem that forced him off against Fulham last week. He could return against Brighton next week.

Hugely Frustrating

Mowbray admitted Blackburn didn't start the game well against Preston but had then been the dominant side so was 'majorly disappointed' not to record a victory.
