Best Player To Face Rovers This Season

With your help Vital Blackburn has been trying to determine what have been the best and worst of the Blackburn Rovers 2009-2010 season.

The nominations are still be taken for other Awards, but the Vital Blackburn Awards for 2009-2010 continue to be dished out with the BEST PLAYER TO FACE ROVERS THIS SEASON.

THE WINNER: Aston Villa's James Milner

When asked to simply leave the name of the player you believed had been the Best Player to face Rovers last Season most felt Milner should be the Award Winner, so congratulations go to the Villa and England International.

This is what people had to say on this category, which can also be viewed by clicking here.

rover23 said: "Carlos Tevez wins again for me! Hat Trick at Eastlands when we lost 4-1."

adrianbrfc said: "Tevez absolutely spanked us single handedly at Eastlands."

Mikey Delap said: "Cesc Fabregas in the 6-2 defeat at the Emirates, after an even first half he bossed the second half and tore us apart by bringing others into play.

My vote - Cesc Fabregas.
"

fransavarese said: "Robin Van Persie for me. He never fails to score against us. 3 goals this season. 2 at the emirates 1 at Ewood. He must love playing against us."

LHrover said: "James Milner, played really well when I saw him, he scored a neat goal against us in the cup at home too."

BomBom said: "James Milner, took our midfield to the cleaners in the CC 2nd leg, admittedly after losing Samba but still, his class shone through that day."

blackburnsean said: "Rooney, thank god he didn't play the second game."

ITSALLROVER said: "Milner in the CC semi final games."

FreidelNo.1 said: "Cesc Fabregas - the league will be poorer without him next season."

luke5045 said: "im going with rooney, what a season form spudulike!"

Thanks for voting on this, however, please keep your votes coming in for these other Awards as there is still time to vote so click here for the list of categories and vote on the one(s) you want.

Next to be dished out will be the Award for the WORST PLAYER TO FACE ROVERS THIS SEASON so keep voting!!! (Click here.)
