adrianbrfc said: "Didn't see the Villa game at home, by all accounts that was a great performance. The best performance I saw would be the 2-1 win over Arsenal at home so I will vote for that."

Mikey Delap said: "Aston Villa at home.

2-1 victory after going a goal down and having Grella sent off with half an hour left.

My vote - Aston Villa.
"

fransavarese said: "For me I'd say vs Arsenal at home. Not because of the importance of the victory but because it capped off what turned out to be a good season by signing off at home in style. In recent seasons when we went behind to the big boys early on I would fear the worst, but after the results against Chelsea and United at home their was a real belief in the players. What's better is that our tactics were spot on and they annoyed the hell out of Wenger, which I love to see. People will come to Ewood next season with a real fear."

BomBom said: "The Villa game at Villa.

Played real well, outplayed Villa for most of it and capped it with a goal to take the points.
"

spinaker said: "Villa Away!! That performance and result gave the team and the fans such a lift.. it kinda got our season up and running!!"

sasman said: "Either of the Villa games, to beat them, twice, is something in its own....arsenal a close third."

blackburnsean said: "Arsenal at home, they made it look easy."

DommyWalker said: "Chelsea in Carling Cup quarter final."

ITSALLROVER said: "Arsenal at home 2-1."

FreidelNo.1 said: "Arsenal at Ewood - they never looked like they were going to win, and we took them apart!"

Thanks for voting on this, however, please keep your votes coming in for these other Awards as there is still time to vote so click here for the list of categories and vote on the one(s) you want.

Next to be dished out will be the Award for the SAVE OF THE SEASON so keep voting!! (Click here.)

Chelsea Carling cup qtr finals... A game that, to be honest, I'd written off as a loss...However it had me on the edge of my seat.... every 5 minutes it was a different story...

mate Villa were a top side last season, and we did the league double against them. There a top team to watch, play some great football, so all compliments are due
sasman
