Worst Goal Conceded Of The Season

With your help Vital Blackburn has been trying to determine what have been the best and worst of the Blackburn Rovers 2009-2010 season.

The nominations are still be taken for other Awards, but the Vital Blackburn Awards for 2009-2010 will begin to be dished out with the WORST GOAL CONCEDED OF THE SEASON.

THE WINNER: Any goal against Burnley!!

When asked to simply leave the name of the player (and obviously who the goal was for) you felt any that was scored by Burnley was the WORST we conceded this Season. Technically no one goal was mentioned but as the Dingles got more mentions than anyone else they "win" something, so the winner should be any goals conceded against them, congratulations I suppose should go to Burnley!!

This is what people had to say on this category, which can also be viewed by clicking here.

Mikey Delap said: "I shall say the early goal conceded at home against Burnley.

Shocking marking, loose closing down and a crushing start.

My vote - Robbie Blake at Ewood.
"

fransavarese said: "Any goal against Burnley."

LHrover said: "Everton's last goal.. we should of shut up shop and settled for a draw."

BomBom said: "The Chelsea Goal (Ballack?) that equalized the 1/4 final game and sent it to extra time and pens.

We all thought, nay knew, at that precise moment we were gonna get shagged again didn't we? Good to be wrong sometimes but at the time......dear god!
"

blackburnsean said: "Arsenals 6th at the Emirates. Quite embarrassing."

ITSALLROVER said: "any of the arsenal 6 goals really they were a bit ridiculous."

FreidelNo.1 said: "Dingle goal - how could we??"

Thanks for voting on this, however, please keep your votes coming in for these other Awards as there is still time to vote so click here for the list of categories and vote on the one(s) you want.

Next to be dished out will be the Award for the WORST ROVERS PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON so keep voting!! (Click here.)

This kicks off the Awards but I wanted to again say thanks a lot everyone for the Special Achievement Award I got this really means a lot to me and was completely unexpected. It's been an honour to run Vital Blackburn and all the VBers made it so much easier. The torch has been passed to Mr Mikey and he'll not let anyone down. Thank again, I don't get on very often anymore and have not even really turned on my computer during my holiday so didn't know about this until the weekend when I saw an e-mail about it.
