Dickov Joins City

Paul Dickov has been released by Blackburn after he rejected an offer of a new contract at Ewood Park.

Rovers' chairman John Williams told the Lancashire Evening Post: 'Paul has been released after he decided not to accept our offer of a new contract.

'I don't think there was any problem with the terms we offered him, it was more of a football decision.'

Dickov scored seven goals last season for Mark Hughes' side after joining for £150,000 from Leicester in June 2004.

As a player and a person iv'e always hated Dickov, every 5minutes he's moaning or kicking, just like we sung to him down at Fratton Park F**K OFF DICKOV......... DICKOV F**K OFF
Linvoy#1
one last hurrah for one of the most hated players in the prem! Loved it when John Terry had him by the scruff of the neck!
merlin
hes just a dirty little bugger! welcomed throughout the world but especially spain
vertigo_red
He is a dirty player and he was a complete ******* at fratton park but I wouldn't mind having him on my side for a change. He does get stuck in. Still a prick tho

suited rovers down to the ground then :p. Hes nothing special, won't be missed. Hughes has already shown he is good in the market, so a better placement will likely be found easily enough.

He's a tósser of the highest order. Does nothing but moan and squinny. I wouldn't have him in my team in a million years. I'm echoing Linvoy here.
