Morten signs new four year deal

Morten signs new four year deal

Morten Gamst Pedersen has ended the most torturous speculation ever over his Blackburn Rovers future by signing a new four-year deal with the club.

Rovers official website announced the news that Morten will be staying on a few minutes ago.

After much coming and going and messing around, he has made his mind up after holding out for other offers.

But after all this, he has decided the Rovers deal was the way to go and has signed on the dotted line to remain at Ewood Park.

An interview from Morten the great ditherer Pedersen is expected in due course.

More on this as we get it.

great news! despite what he put us through in the process, he has a key to our midfield if he can keep up his performance in the second half of the season.

I'd rather have had Joe Ledley... now Gamst has signed he doesnt need to play well in his opinion..

Glad he finally signed but u kinda get the feeling he wasn't offered much elsewhere so reluctantly signed the papers. Just hope his recent good form continues otherwise we might as well sell him on in the next transfer window.

I do like MGP and i am glad to see he has signed the deal. But it does seem like no one else really wanted him so he stayed.
