Dindane confirms he has had Blackburn medical

Aruna Dindane of Lens, currently on loan at relegated Portsmouth is 3/4 of the way to making a switch to Blackburn - with only the finer details to iron out once the season closes.

But he has confirmed that he had a medical with the club and will let his agent deal with final details.

"I want to stay in England because it is a fantastic league. My first thought is playing here," Dindane said as he spoke with Sky Sports News.

"I spoke with Blackburn and I had the medical and everything, but now my target is finishing the season, and my agent will deal with Blackburn."

Looking like a Din-done deal?

If this lad signs i think that would defo spell the end for JR. Who knows he could well be the perfect striking partner for Kalinic.

I was thinking the same 23.. isn't this is old news as we tried to sign him on January dealdine day and he already pased the medical and it was merely contract details that made this fall through? Over the past few weeks he's been impressing me and he looks like he could really bring something to our attack! I can see him and Niko really working..

JR and Dindane can play in the same squad I think! And isn't this news because Dindane has confirmed it himself? If not then just treat it as such ;)
