Rovers invite Lewandowski to England

Rovers have re-invited young Polish striker Robert Lewandowski to discuss a transfer to Ewood Park.

Robert was due in England last week but that Volcano Ash that you may have heard of stopped that advanced meeting from happening.

Robert is hot property in Poland and is wanted in Italy and Germany but Big Sam is hoping that the lure of the Premier League and playing in a side that contains fellow long name master Zurab Khizanishvilli will help sway the deal.

The fee is believed to be in the region of £5 million and Lewandowski is Sam number one target if rumours are to be believed...

Watch this one gather pace when the black clouds clear.

Sounds like maybe our big signing for the summer may be coming early?

He would still have to pick us over other suitors! If we can match wages then why not...but can we?
fransavarese
Well getting this lad early cant hurt! gives him more time to gell with the team, and gives us no panic and drama of not finding out man in time! (Dindane in January)
