News Flash!!!! Grella Plays 90 minutes!!!

It has been reported in the Blackburn Times, that the man who fills up more English Hospital beds then the rest of Lancashire, Vince Grella, managed to play a full 90 minutes, without any signs of an injury!

Vince woke up first thing in the morning, avoided falling off the bed. He didnt burn his hand making toast, or cut it using the blender for his morning shake. He kissed his wife without recieving any diseases, then made it to the ground in one piece.

No fractured fingers after shaking all the players hands, managed to get dressed without pulling a muscle, then completed the warm up. He did not go deaf after listening to the pre match instrutions, and played a full 90 minutes!

So Well in Vince Grella, a good performance, now more off...please? For my sake at least???

Well in indeed. Couple of wayward balls to start but as the game went on he looked more comfortable. Really worked well with The Zonz, who was able to go forward a little bit more with Grella covering.

I thought he played really well to. Can you imagine what he'd be like with even more matches under his belt?? The typical thing is, Grella has come back right at the end of the season, which means he might get 4 full games, then he'll go off to the world cup and get injured for next season!!
FreidelNo.1
ah well, as long as he gets injured after striking the winning penalty in the cup final :D
sasman
Well Sas, if England don't win it I hope your lot do - think of the transfer values of Emo and Grella - they'd shoot up! ;->

hey hey! emerton will run out his contract at Rovers, then come play for West Sydney Rovers in the Australian League!! Grella will probably do the same then join a Victorian team!
