Rovers still missing key players for Brum visit

Rovers are again a bit stretched as they look to extend their impressive home record tonight in a late kick off with Birmingham.

England's Number One Paul Robinson is still out so Jason Brown will continue between the white paint in his absence.

Gael Givet is also 95% certain to be missing so expect that Phil 'The Power' Jones will likely be in the centre of defence again.

Vince Grella is, of course, still on the sidelines so will be missing from the side.

Captain Ryan Nelsen is also not ready to return from his strain so Rovers continue with just the two recognised centre backs.

Apart from that... Franco Di Santo returns after his enforced absence from the squad to face parent club Russia, er, I mean Chelsea.

Basturk is out after a slight injury but Dunny is fit to go after coming off on the hour during the impressive Rovers effort at the weekend.

Will be tough as Birmingham are a good side.. but to take 3 points would be amazing!!!

Come on you Rovers! If we can keep our home form going tonight we then have a great platform to claim some vital away points against 2 relegation zone teams afterwards. It's never easy but 2 of the bottom 3 away has to be our best opportunity this season to pick up some points away from the Fortress - even if we know league position doesnt really mean much for the game vs the inbreads.

These are two winnable games for us - lets keep up the fighting spirit from the Chelsea game and go for it!

Sam will surely be targeting a home win here to ensure safety, and then that 10th spot is still up for grabs.
