Police warn Dunn of "prankster" Burnley fans

The countdown to the second installment of Burnley v Blackburn is ON!!!

Local Lancashire Police have warned Rovers player David Dunn that his home could be targeted for vandalism by Burnley fans - with a threat to paint his house Claret and Blue!

Dunn, who actually lives in Blackburn, unlike a lot of others Rovers stars who live in Manchester, is a prime target for Burnley in the run up to the big game on March 28.

Dunn scored a corker against our six fingered friends back in October and celebrated wildly in front of them to really rub it in.

Now Dunn has benn singled out for a 'prank', perhaps by Burnley fans jealous of the fact their best player is a headbutting overweight goalkeeper.

First in a long line of rivarly based antics! But this is surely not a prank... more of a criminal act!
Mikey Delap
that would be a dumb act and would only fire him up more.

Dunny wont need any more firing up!!!!! Dingle Destroyer!!! ha!! They are fools!! But are keeping a lot quieter than they were in October aren;t they!!!!

I'm nervous about this game, form & league position go out of the window for derbies, I might have a few quid on the Dingles, I'll get good odds and that way if we lose it won't be too bad ;-)
Stubbs
Id paint some of their houses, only I don't think you can paint cardboard right

Isnt it straw they use over there nowadays?! You cant beat the adrenaline based nerves of derby day!!! The relief and excitement of last time was unbelievable and what an atmosphere!
Mikey Delap
We'll do our part to send them down to where they belong to.

comon lads! teach the dingles a lesson or two aye!....for our local derby in the rugby league (im a st george fanatic, cronulla is the enemy), we ordered 4km of Police/FBI tape in the st george colours (red and white). We then visited Shark park (cronulla's home ground) , wrapped up the outer edge of their stadium, then painted the 4 main entry doors red and white!! that taught em lol
sasman
sounds like a plan sas! get garner and his plane back!
LHrover
I have to admit that these dingle pranks are quite funny! Quite clever for inbreds... which means they must have a mastermind controlling them (obviously they won't be from Burnley)

It's more likely to happen if things like this are broadcast to the world via the media isn't it. (I'm not moaning at you Mt Mikey)
