Hoilett signs new deal!

Great news for all Rovers this afternoon.

Rovers youngster and up and coming star Junior Hoilett has today signed a new two and a half year deal that will keep him at Ewood Park until summer 2012.

It has been back and forth negotiation with the players agent being a massive pain throughout the whole thing. But it has all been sorted now.

This is a massive coup for Allardyce as Junior is considered a sure fire superstar with a great future.

Good to see a bit of loyalty from the player as well.

Glad to hear this - I'm quite happy that Rovers have got some good young stars coming through the ranks and giving us the pace that we have lacked in the past.

Hopefully this will show that young players can thrive at the so called smaller clubs - it isnt always best at a young age to go to somewher like Chelsea, Man U etc...

Very good news...:-).....cheers

Agreed Mikey - a lot of players make their name at ewood park, then go on to achieve nothing elsewhere! Lets hope that this is the start of a new team for us.
