Reading's Jem Karacan aims to shoot down Dingles

Reading's Jem Karacan has more than one reason to want to see off Burnley in the FA Cup 4th round this weekend.

Not just because Burnley beat Reading to promotion last season but also because... Jem and his brother are actually Blackburn Rovers fans.

Now admitedly it is a slow news day so cut me some slack here...

Karacan, speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph said - "I know a few of the lads want to get one over Burnley, and I definitely do,"

"It`ll be a bit of payback after last year and the lads are looking forward to it.

"My brother has been on the case. He`s away for the game sadly, but it would be nice to get a win for him. I`m sure he`d be happy.

"He`s not a massive fan of Burnley so it would be nice to do one over them."

We can only but wish Karacan and co a good showing this weekend, we don't want those webbed feeted individuals down the road getting ahead of themselves.

Speaking of the Championship, now that Owen Croyle bailed on Burnley I feel like their chances of staying up seem much more precarious. They're a decent team but quite emotional and we're not seeing the typical fire from them.
