'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Have we just found some money from somewhere?

Interesting stuff cropping up on Goal.com as they claim to have spoken to Rovers boss Sam Allardyce and he has implied that Rovers have found the money for two new signings in the January transfer window.

Whether Bom Bom really has robbed Monte Carlo bank or whether John Williams found the cash by running his hand along a hedge is unclear but maybe we have more money than we all thought..

Allardyce told Goal.com UK - 'Money is available and ideally I would like to bring in two more players who are tactically and technically astute.'

'The chairman has been working extremely hard to find the additional funds for the players.'

If this does turn out to be true then this could be a bit of a brucie bonus...

News is that we have asked of the availability of Eidur Gudjohnsen as well.

This could all turn out to be paper talk but never mind!

Wow, bring back Ediur I say! Top, top player!

It was probably some "loose cash" stored under Jack Walkers chair in the boardroom - probably a couple of million....
Wellsy10
Why are we storing money under chairs?! Are we not trusting banks anymore?! This is good news by the sounds of things!!
Mikey Delap
There must be more underneath the bed and carpets...

I think West Ham taught us all well that banks are hardly to be trusted. And I would find out if JW found that money in a hedge or a hedge fund. More money growing in hedges than hedge funds these days.

Maybe we could plant a tree and have done with it?
Mikey Delap
nope, ive been in his office, and there certainly wasn't any under the chairs. maybe all that santa cruz money we invested in lottery tickets has finally paid off.
LHrover
maybe villa have finally coughed up the warnock money?
sasman
Santa Cruz money invested in Lottery tickets? Haha.. I guess it's some outstanding payments that have been made, like sas says.
