Zurab returning to the Rovers

Zurab Khizanishvili is on his way back to Blackburn Rovers after a three month loan spell at Championship club Newcastle United.

Khizanishvili is due to return to Blackburn Rovers today so should report for training this morning all being well, although he may give it a few days if he has miraculously turned into Amr Zaki.

The Georgian centre back has shown enough to convince Chris Hughton - he will be keen to sign him on loan again when the January window opens.

Zurab's time with Rovers (even though he's back for the time being) is over.
