Lingazi Flattered By Rovers Link

Blackburn Rovers are understood to be interested in signing Amine Lingazi (who is believed to have training with us recently), however, no deal has been agreed.

The Algerian is flattered by speculation linking him with Ewood Park, however, insists that nothing has been arranged and the 20-year-old is happy at St Etienne even if he admits that a move to the Premier League does appeal top him.

Lingazi told skysports.com: "I am flattered by my name being associated with the Premier League, which for me is the best league in the world.

"But I am learning the game at the moment, I need to be working hard to be in the St Etienne team week in, week out, it is important to be well prepared before going abroad.

"Since the age of 14 I am in France, an environment I know.

"Blackburn? They are a good club, nothing is official so I can not comment on it, I am fine for the moment in St Etienne.
"

Personally I don't know anything about the dude not that this means anything at all. However, it's also understood (or speculated) that Sam Allardyce is very interested in signing the midfielder??

Could be another Sam special - i.e. someone that comes out of nowhere to hit the big time!

Any time were lookin at youth is a positive for me. It shows desire to better ourselves, not cling to Premier League safety
