'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Morten flattered by Celtic link

Morten Gamst Pedersen has been linked with a January move to Glasgow Celtic as the window moves ever closer.

Plenty of papers, TV channels have run with the agent led-speculation that an out of favour player in the Premier League will move to Scotland - original!

However there could be something to this but left-winger and throw in taker MGP seems more keen to appease both clubs!

Pedersen, speaking to Sky Sports said - '(My agent) Rune Hauge takes care of all that. All I want to do is play football.'

'But he admitted he is flattered to be linked with Tony Mowbray's Celtic.

'They are a big club in Europe. They play regularly in Europe and that is a bonus for all players,

'I have never played in the Champions League and that is a dream for me, of course.

'At the same time, I will honour my contract with Blackburn.'

sneaky stuff from Morten! Maybe this could materialise?

Sounds to me like he wants to stay but knows on current form that probably won't happen.

how much will they pay?

Big Sam has said he's not going to Celtic.

MGP has been one of my favorite Rovers, but whatever combination of skill, determination and confidence made him productive and great has been lost for the last 18 months. I hope he finds that while still with our club but if not, I wish him the best.
