Glen Johnson is quite a bad loser

Super. Glen Johnson has decided, rather than take the disappointment of only getting a point at Ewood Park in his stride with some grace, he has decided to behave like most top 4 managers do (Ancelotti excluded) and take a cheap shot for very little reason.

Glen, great player but spoilt brat, speaking to Sky Sports said - 'It's always difficult against Blackburn because they don`t play much football and just launch the ball forward at every opportunity.

"They play an ugly game very well and play to their strengths. It makes life difficult for the opposition at times.

"We knew what to expect and we tried to get the ball down on the floor and play. The pitch wasn`t great and we took a while to get used to it, but that`s football and you have to live with things like this."

Maybe next time try complimenting the opposition who could have won and it wouldn't have been undeserved. Instead of trying to take a cliched potshot?

Dry your eyes, rainy face! What an idiot. I can't remember the last time anyone complained about the surface at Ewood Park. Just another hunt for an excuse at to why they were terrible. Also taking the easy way out saying we lumpe dit about depsite playing better football than them for periods in the second half. Also I'm surprised to see he didn't comment on how Steven Garrard's amazing 10.0 swan dive went unpunished.

I thought this guy had grown up a bit since the moaning Chelsea/West Ham teenager days - clearly not!

He's a poor right back and has no class - he should recognise that his team are under-performing because, Torres and Gerrard aside, they are a bunch of average players. Out of Champions League, out of the title race, maybe out for a new manager in the New Year. I always find in amazing that players blame our team for not playing football, as to why they lose - why should we play to other teams strengths and give them 3 points? It just makes him sound like overpaid, overpriced idiot that he is. And quite right Gerrard shames himself with his diabolical diving - Henry gets lambasted, Eduardo got shamed - not Stevie G though, because he's English!

You lot are pure value for money. This idiot is a muppet, a loser, a thorough scouser. I agree with Freidel1, he's a crap right back, cant defend for his life. He can cross- Which is the only thing he can do.

Positive Signs For Bennett

Bennett was positive of Blackburn being able to see off Lancashire rivals Preston heading into this game at Ewood Park after the Norwich and Fulham results.

Minor Graham Setback
