'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Busy Schedule- Grella Says Bring It!

After the worst run of injuries in the Career of Australian International, Vince Grella, many would say, geez, how on earth will he last the 8 games over the festive period this season....

However, Grella, believes he is up to the challenge, and cant wait to help start the Jolly month of December with a home win against Stoke...

'For someone who has been watching too often, its a good thing' (in reference to the hectic schedule. (Courtesy of the Official Club Website)

Grella feels that the team is ready to face the challenges, and hopefully claim enough points for a push into the top 10, and possibly higher. The perfect opportunity presents itself today, as Stoke travel to Fortress Ewood, with Rovers only dropping the first game at home to Man City.

'We've been hard to beat at home, we have the crowd behind us, and I think we've played some good football at Ewood'.

The team knows exactly how important it is for the club to pick up the points this week, and hopefully another solid grinding performance from the Aussie can assist in continuing Blackburn's dominance at home....
