Rovers Battling For Reo-Coker??

Blackburn Rovers are understood to be one of several clubs interested in signing Aston Villa midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker in January.

Newspaper reports believe that Sam Allardyce is interested in the £5 million rated former England Under-21 International captain who has had his troubles at Villa Park this season, however, these appear to be behind him? Despite this reports understand that Reo-Coker isn't likely to be a first choice selection that often for Martin O'Neill and that could see him leave Villa when the transfer window reopens.

Birmingham City and Bolton Wanderers are also understood to be interested along with Fulham and maybe even Arsenal??

I would like this to happen... but 5m is a bit steep.. £3.5m and I would take it.. good all round player... although Diouf, Chimbonda and Reo? thats 3 big personalities... lets hope sam can control them all..

retroflair31
that would be a dream come true retro but its unlikely oneil would take that blond piece of ***** away from us even if we payed him
aadil4rovers
the Pedersen love in continues! lol. I would be for this as he is good but I cant us shelling out £5 million for him...
Mikey Delap
Are you cheap or something rovers fans? He cost 8 million and although he hasnt always played he is a quality player. YOu will need to shell out 8 million for him you cheapskates. Or perhaps you should resign Robbie Savage?
rotter82
***** of rotter just cus we spend wisley doesnt meen we r cheap
aadil4rovers
So we are gonna spend £8 million on a £3.5 million... thats just stupid. There is a difference between stupid and cheap which you obviously dont understand rotter!
Mikey Delap
So you send wisely ladies? And where exactly are you in the league...lol
rotter82
We are in 14th in the EPL... which for a club of limited resources (About £5 million transfers budget per season!) and limited fan base is outstanding and displays financial management of the highest order, especially when big sides like Forest, Newcastle, Leeds etc are all out of the top division and we have done it on such a consistent basis. Not every teams objectives are the same you ignorant fool! And may I also remind you rotter that you were sent packing back to Birmingham after a 2-1 defeat earlier this season, we even gave you the benefit of a man advantage for the last half hour. Please put your ignorance at the door before you speak!
