The Big Men want Dunny for England....

The Big Men want Dunny for England....

After another sensational performance, Man of the match award, and the Rovers Faithful leading the chant, Dunny For England... the big men at Blackburn have come out and put in their case.

Captain Nelsen led the campaign

'David has got to be Knocking on England's door the way he has been playing'

Big Sam followed up with

' He is our top scorer with four, and creates chances for others'...

Dunny however was cautious, happy to be on the pitch in the first place.

Now lets be realistic, Gerrard, Lampard, Carrick and Barry are ahead of Dunny in the race for the English midfield spots, but hey, he is in the form of his life, England have already qualified, maybe Mr Capello will give a few players a shot, and please the big 4 by resting the star players.

Surely Dunny would be next in line after such sensational performances...

And if not, I might just do some family tree tracking, surely he has an Australian aunty, nephew, son, anything....?

Hmmmm Bresciano, Grella and Dunn in the midfield!!

We've all said it before guys, if he's fit then he's a real threat....he'd cost us 15m - 20m if we had to buy anyone with the same ability!!! Top man, just want him to stay fit and his new programme seems to be doing the job!!!!

Staying fit is the key - his contract is up this season so if he stays fit a new deal is the way forward!

As long as he's playing well for us he's in with a shout - but I'd prefer him to not play for England as he may pick up injuries and spoil his season - I wouldn't mind him being picked later on in the season and having him in the world cup though.

Keep him fit and sure hes good enough but like the rest of you id rather be selfish and keep him for the club only lol. If he carries on like he is doin then this is gonna be be his best season which will surely earn him an England call-up next year in S Africa.

I just want him playing well for us, if this see's England call for him so be it. However, I have to admit it would be good to see him playing for England again but I don't think he'd get back in.
