Chimbo banned from driving for six months!

Chimbo banned from driving for six months!

Blackburn Rovers player Pascal Chimbonda was caught speeding in Nottinghamshire and in North Yorkshire and has been banned from driving for six months.

Chimbonda, who has racked up a string of points on his license apparently, did not appear in court for the sentencing and was told of his ban by phone.

The French international and new Rovers defender was caught speeding at 82mph in a 70mph zone in his black Cadillac car, which to be fair costs more than your standard Renault Espace.

He has not commented on specualtion that he will have to bunk a lift off of El Hadji Diouf to training due to intense exposure to being spat at in the passenger seat.*

Furthermore he has also ruled out getting a lift with Jason Roberts as he regularly misses his parking spot from close range and Benni is always late due to a stop off at a nearby takeaway on the way to Brockhall.*

Apparently we now live in a world where getting a lift to work with Morten Gamst Pedersen is the safest alternative!

More on this as we get it.

* I may have made these bits up.
