Kalinic Work Permit Approved!

Just a brief statement to say that Blackburn Rovers have been successful in their application for a work permit for Nikola Kalinic.

It is being reported that the permit was won on appeal as suspected due to the potential of Kalinic and the references supplied.

We look to have got our £6 million man!

Congratulations

Good news. The lack of goals pre-season has been a worry. He wont be starting on saturday it would be safe to assume but once he has the necessary fitness levels it looks like he will be a good prospect. Also maybe the Rothen thing was a cover/ maybe we have decided against signing him. It appears us along with Hull and someone else are Bolo Zenden's options as he considers a move.

I dont think he'll make City but he is goona be good - he has all the skills to excel in this league.

Get in!!!! Lets hope he's been super fit in training and plays on saturday, out of curiosity are Croatia playing tomorrow? as surely Kalinic would be playing if they are.
mutts nutts
slow down... he need time to settle...he is young player, big potential..he didn't play in so strong league like is Premier.
andycroat28
Kalinic would not be playing tomorow for Croatia...First choice are: Eduardo (Arsenal), Olic (Bayern), Petric(Hertha), Mandukic(Dinamo). Kalinic isn't on the list.
andycroat28
Way to pop that balloon andy!!! lol
