Vital Blackburn Newcomer Of The Season

Vital Blackburn Newcomer Of The Season

With YOUR help Vital Blackburn has been trying to determine what have been the best and worst of the Blackburn Rovers 2009-2009 season.

The nominations are still be taken for other Awards, but the Vital Blackburn Awards for 2008-2009 continue to be dished out with a Special Award suggested by BomBom for the VITAL BLACKBURN NEWCOMER OF THE SEASON.

THE WINNERS: Money4midfeild & retroflair31.

When asked to simply leave the name of the Vital Blackburn member you see as being the NEWCOMER of the Season most felt Money4midfeild & retroflair31 should be the Award Winners (I might be slightly wrong with retro actually getting one more vote, but one vote mentioned Money and BomBom (jokingly I think) so I took the Money vote), so congratulations to Money4midfeild & retroflair31!!

This is what people had to say on this category, which can also be viewed by clicking here.

Mikey D said: "Money4midfield.

An absolute stormer this lad. Really stirs up some lively and churned out a couple of great articles to boot.

Well done Money.
"

glen9mullan said: "retroflair, money for midfield, blue n whitey, there has been a good influx of new members this year so would be difficult to single one out but all have been vital contributors and long may it continue."

adrianbrfc said: "Money4Midfield but honourable mentions to the 2 others Glen said."

retroflair31 said: "I am but a spring chicken in the great scheme of things, but i'll go for Money4Mid. Articles have been fantastic and chimes in with decent opinions.

But... can i vote for BomBom? Since I've been a V-ber every week someone has asked where he is. And i thought to myself, who is this elusive Rover? Well now its end of season, he's everywhere. Welcome young fella! Lol.
"

Money4midfield said: "Thanks for the support fellas. If I win I would like to donate the prize money to the cause from which I took my name, and have campaigned so long and so far.... what do you mean there's no prize money?!

...Seriously though, I think retroflair always pipes up with a good opinion and takes my vote for being a true Rover.

P.S. no votes for Oztheman?!
"

Blue n Whitey said: "I'm gonna vote for Retroflair! what a name for a start, secondly he writes his articles and replies in such a distinct way, i can tell its him right away! Goooooood Stuff Lads!

P.S, I've been here for 3 years glen, don't think i can count as a newcomer, but thanks for the mention anyway!
"

sasman said: "I, my vote comes up for my man retroflair!!!! glen comes a close second, well in lads."

Durks said: "M4M cos his username is a as apt now as it was when he signed up."

FreidelNo.1 said: "I'm voting retroflair - just don't go off the radar like I did after my debut season!"

spinaker said: "Money4Midfield... what can I say.. the man talks sense!!!"

Thanks for voting on this, PLEASE KEEP your votes coming in for these other Awards, as there is STILL time to vote so click here for the list of categories and vote on the one(s) you want!

Next to be dished out will be the Award for the COLIN HENDRY AWARD FOR DEFENDER OF THE SEASON so keep voting!! (Click here.)
