Worst Individual Performance Of The Season

With YOUR help Vital Blackburn has been trying to determine what have been the best and worst of the Blackburn Rovers 2008-2009 season.

The nominations are still be taken for other Awards, but the Vital Blackburn Awards for 2008-2009 continue to be dished out with the WORST INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON.

THE WINNER: Martin Olsson v Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane

When asked to simply leave the name of the player and the opponent against whom you feel the WORST Individual Performance of the Season came against most felt Olsson v Tottenham away should be the Award Winner! So congratulations (although I wouldn't have thought he would want them!) go to Olsson I suppose!!!

This is what people had to say on this category, which can also be viewed by clicking here.

Nothing even comes close to this shocker IMO.

Blue n Whitey said: "Olsson away at spurs again! looks like this is gonna be a winner!

Sasman said: "Lennon destroyed Olsson, definitely that game."

Durks said: "Olsson. Although Warnock gets a dishonourable mention for his performance at Wigan."

FreidelNo.1 said: "Olsson BIG time! Then he had the cheek to blame Ince for his mistakes later on!"

Thanks for voting on this, PLEASE KEEP your votes coming in for these other Awards, as there is STILL time to vote so click here for the list of categories and vote on the one(s) you want!

Next to be dished out will be the Award for the ROVERS HOWLER OF THE SEASON so keep voting!!! (Click here.)

My view is that Paul Ince was an absolute disaster and Blackburn are lucky to have survived the consequences. It is a shame but it was an almighty mess, wasn't it?
Sindbad
