Worst Performance Of The Season

With YOUR help Vital Blackburn has been trying to determine what have been the best and worst of the Blackburn Rovers 2008-2009 season.

The nominations are still being taken for other Awards, but the Vital Blackburn Awards for 2008-2009 continue to be dished out with the WORST ROVERS PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON.

THE WINNER: Wigan Athletic at the JJB Stadium.

When asked to simply leave the name of the opponent against whom you feel Rovers gave their Worst Performance of the Season most felt Wigan away was the one. So congratulations I guess go to Wigan!!!

This is what people had to say on this category, which can also be viewed by clicking here.

Money4midfield said: "Both performances against Arsenal. Both games against Spuds (yes i know we won the second one in the end, but it was truly dreadful stuff). Possibly Wigan. Where Heskey dominated us and everyone realised that Ince HAD to go."

glen9mullan said: "Wigan away."

adrianbrfc said: "Wigan away, worst Rovers performance I have EVER seen."

Blue n Whitey said: "Wigan away, I agree with adrian, worst ever performance! Were they even there?"

retroflair31 said: "Wigan away.

Money4midfield said: "Just realised I didn't actually vote. Yep, Wigan away has to take it as it was so utterly vile (though the home game to spurs would have won if we hadn't pulled it out of the fire - we had nothing.)"

Durks said: "Wigan away was depressing."

FreidelNo.1 said: "Agreed Wigan away (although the Arsenal thumping was poor too.)"

Blue_Canoe said: "Got to say the second Arsenal game. Christ knows what Sam was thinking in that game, terrible tactics, no application from the players, and but for some woeful finishing from Arsenal this could easily have been double figures."

Thanks for voting on this, PLEASE KEEP your votes coming in for these other Awards, as there is STILL time to vote so click here for the list of categories and vote on the one(s) you want!

Next to be dished out will be the Award for the WORST INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON so keep voting!!! )Click here.)
