VBers Premier League XI - glen9mullan

VBer glen9mullan came up with the idea for his fellow VBers to select what they thought was the Premier League XI for the 2008-2009 season.

This is glen9mullan's.

My eleven

Goalkeeper - Juskalinen, not spelt right i know lol (Jaaskelainen)
Rightback - Glen Johnson
Leftback - Steven Warnock
Centre Back- Jagielka
Centre Back - Carragher
Left Midfield - Ronaldo
Right Midfield - Lennon
Centre Mid - Fellaini
Centre Mid - Gerrard
Forward - Torres
Forward - Anelka

I think the best buy of the summer was Fellaini, they (Everton) spent a lot on him and was a little unknown, but I really think he was awesome all season.

Worst buy has to Robbie Keane to Liverpool, was rubbish all season for them and was rightfully sold back to that poor team Spurs.

merlin

scottrover
no lampard, the whole world does not revolve around chelsea lol
sasman
you are always gonna have to leave people out as there are at least 2 very strong contenders for each position.
Mikey D
merlin's right. lamps should be on everyone's list!
RadioactiveD
NO, you're both wrong Lampard has no right to be on any list (even if he probably would be on mine lol!) This is a superb idea glen and has been a success, cheers dude. And what a way to kick it all off as well.
