Sam Plotting A Second Marseille Raid?!?!

Blackburn Rovers manager Sam Allardyce is understood to be preparing to return to Marseille to make another raid on the French club.

Allardyce has already completed a permanent transfer of loanee Gael Givet from the Ligue 1 side and is now newspaper reports today say he is preparing a move to bring defender Renato Civelli. The 6ft 4in central defender (who can also play at right-back, which is ideal following the departure of Andre Ooijer) is out of contract this summer so we'd be able to sign him on a FREE transfer.

The Argentine's brother (Luciano) currently plays for Ipswich Town, and he is the dude pictured in the image.
