Admiral Wants Rovers To Raise The Roof

Ryan Nelsen has urged the Blackburn fans to bring their away voices with them to the game against Wigan on Sunday as Rovers carry on their relegation scrap.

The boys are in 17th place, but 3 points ahead of Middlesboro and level on points/goal difference with Hull. The remaining games however, with the exception of Chelsea away is kind.

Three of those matches are at home and Nelsen wants the noise to be the same as the away games.

Some of the away followings this season have been superb for a small town club. In particular games against Hull, Fulham and Stoke have seen the Rovers fans in form not seen before.

Nelsen, speaking to Rovers.co.uk, said - "The fans were fantastic at Stoke and that is the disappointing thing. We didn`t threaten their goal as much as we would have liked.

"I hope they will be back again next weekend because they have been great when we have played away the last few months."

More of this please, all of you...

It is crucial that as many people as possible get down to Ewood on Sunday. The more noise we make the better. However, this time out, the players need to give us a show as well!

Yeah the players need to spark the atmosphere as well, though, but really good deal by the club.

excellent deal by the club. We are lucky in that rovers always lead from the front with these initiatives.
