Jansen Joins Wrexham

Matt Jansen has agreed a deal to sign for Blue Square Conference club Wrexham.

The Blackburn legend has been signed by ex-Rovers first-team coach Dean Saunders, who was at Rovers during the Souness days and is now manager of the Welsh side.

Jansen retired a few years back but decided to re-discover his love for the game and tried his luck at earning a deal at Blackburn but was unsuccessful.

After attempts to make it at Carlisle and then Huddersfield he has now opted to join Wrexham.

I am sure I am not the only one that will be wishing Matty all the best.

Great stuff from Matty. This is just the boost he needs. He can work his way up from there with the right attitude.
