Lee Keun-Ho Move Back On

Lee Keun-Ho Move Back On

Blackburn Rovers are considering making a fresh approach for out of contract South Korea's Lee Keun-Ho.

Lee was invited for a trial with Rovers in early January after being watched by scouts but he declined to attend as he only wanted to join a club where he would be assured of first team action.

However, the South Korea international is still a free agent and has now decided to re-think his options.

Lee, speaking to the Korean media, said - 'I have many options at this stage. I am carefully going through them. Nothing has been decided about my future yet,'

A high scoring striker, Lee has attracted tons of interest in Korea but his main aim according to the players is to play in Europe.

Agents have been in contact with Rovers officials and a few other clubs in Spain and Belgium apparently.

This one could gather pace.

I am not sure it is as simple as that. He rejected us because he wanted guaranteed first team football. I think he may of thought we were too big for him...

I think we have bigger issues than buying strikers. We do has Diouff as a back up, though I think we need him on the wing. Plus, we showed last Saturday that one up top can work for us.

Positive Signs For Bennett

Bennett was positive of Blackburn being able to see off Lancashire rivals Preston heading into this game at Ewood Park after the Norwich and Fulham results.

Minor Graham Setback

Blackburn had to do without Danny Graham against Preston following the groin problem that forced him off against Fulham last week. He could return against Brighton next week.

Hugely Frustrating

Mowbray admitted Blackburn didn't start the game well against Preston but had then been the dominant side so was 'majorly disappointed' not to record a victory.
