Souness Rules Himself Out

Ex-Rovers boss Graeme Souness has ruled himself out of the running to be the new Blackburn boss.

He has ruled out a return which puts Sam Allardyce s the favourite to fill the hotseat.

Souness has been talking to the L.E.T - 'I don't know anything and have had no contact at all from Blackburn Rovers.

'It doesn't surprise me to see my name in there but I'm not your man, I can definitely say that.'

Better get cracking if we want someone in place by Saturday.

Im also more to the Big Sam solution than Souey. This is because I am starting to like the idea of Big Sam. I hated - really really hated - Bolton in the days where he was their manager. This was due to them overachieving with nothing more than an average squad...I could not understand how they could end up in europe with their "cheap" squad. (jelaousi!) So I would love for Blackburn to have the manager who made me really really hate his team for overachieving!

I'd take some overachieving as well!!! lol

Big Sam - took years to get Bolton to be an overachieving team - took a few months to wreck Newcastle - only plays route one football.

Got results though didnt it FN1? Worked wonders for Bolton on a shoe string.
