Ince: Delighted, Angry And Annoyed!

Blackburn Rovers manager Paul Ince was left with a range of different emotions following the 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough at Ewood Park on Saturday Evening, but all in all he was happy.

Tuncay's second half goal looked like it was going to see Rovers beaten but an injury-time header from Benni McCarthy ensured that we secured a point, which was the least that Ince felt we deserved.

Ince said: "I am delighted and I'm a bit angry and annoyed.

"It would have been a travesty if we had come away from that game with nothing. I have told the lads when you are on top you need to take your chances.
"

McCarthy came on in the second half and his last gasp header earned us a share of the spoils, and Incey again stressed that he has a big part to play in his future plans.

He added: "I always said when I first came to Blackburn if we get a fit and hungry Benni McCarthy he will always be in my side.

"He's a fantastic guy, he's always smiling and he does try hard.
"

I think that a point apiece was fair, and Benni HAS given Incey something to ponder now. He wanted a fit and hungry Benni, and it looks like he is getting that.

To be fair when he is motivated and hungry - like he was yesterday, he is Rovers best player.

I'll bet Ince was happy. Tuncay was well onside and the equaliser was as late as they come...

Blitz, dont adopt the Spurs attitude please. Villa are a great team to have a bit of banter with but comments like that make you out to be a complete tool.
