Kane Returns To Stockport

Kane Returns To Stockport

Blackburn Rovers defender Tony Kane has returned to Stockport County on loan once again.

The 21-year-old Irishman has been tipped to make a first-team breakthrough at Ewood Park but has still found it hard to make any real inroads into the squad, let alone side with him restricted to the substitutes bench for our Carling Cup matches this season.

Kane had a successful loan spell with the League One side two-years ago and will be hoping that being two-years older and wiser he can do the same again during this loan spell with Stockport to impress Paul Ince.

A good move for Kane and Rovers, first-team football will do him good (like it will Eddie Nolan and hopefully both can return to be part of our future plans.) I fear Kane may go the same way as Andy Taylor however, offering potential but never making the breakthrough.

He is making another move to the team my sister supports... I shall tell her to keep her eyes peeled with some updates on kane's efforts.
