A despondant Paul Ince believed his side had everything to play for against Arsenal, before Emmanuel Adebayor's first goal of a hat-trick on the stroke of half time dashed any hopes left.

The Rovers boss says he was happy with the performance until the second goal went in and left the home team with a mountain to climb in the second half.

But it's a case of forgetting the result for Ince, and regrouping to concentrate on next week's visit of Fulham.

Be down but not disheartened, and I'm sure Incey will get the troops going soon. Is four points from four matches really that bad though?!?!
