'If It's Football, It's Vital'

New Right Winger Linked

A new name for the vacant Right Midfield spot has emerged.....and its another Aussie!!!

Brett Holman is the name being whispered as the latest target as Paul Ince looks to strengthen before the transfer window shuts tomorrow.

Rovers scouted the recent Australia Vs South Africa game, mainly for Vincenzo Grella but Holman showed up well on the right after coming on as a substitute.

It is a difficult situation however as Holman has just signed for AZ Alkmaar but they are willing to sell for a profit and any deal is thought to want to include Andre Ooijer in it.

Is this the player to replace David Bentley? The general consensus is no but all Rovers fans will have to wait and see on this one!

Go on then Sas, is Holman the right man?!?! I know Andre Ooijer is getting older now, but I still personally think that he's one of our best defenders so wouldn't want to lose him.
