Patrick Ochs Claims A Rovers Interest

Eintracht Frankfurt right-back Patrick Ochs is claiming that Blackburn Rovers are interested in signing him.

These claims are being made despite the fact that Rovers manager Paul Ince signed Danny Simpson from Manchester United on a season-long loan on Monday, however, Bordeaux full-back Paul Baysse is also on trial with Rovers.

Ochs told Bild: "I know that they are interested in me.

"I will not say more than that.
"

Personally I don't think there is much chance that Ochs will be coming to Ewood Park anytime soon.

Non-starter really. We MIGHT have wanted him before we signed Danny Simpson, but he's not needed now, even if he thought he was before.

Yeah Walker ur rite there mate, when we have Simpson and Emerton and Reid to play there, along with Oojier then i cant see Ince spending the money on this part of the team. I can see 1 or 2 more midfielders coming in as this has been our weak point for a couple of seasons now, always had good players there but not enuff to cover and keep momentum going
Clint
Simpson is the better proposition and I'm pleased with that bit of business. I would love to see a good right winger join now and all the squad come out and say they are happy!!
