Show Ince The Money!!!

Blackburn Rovers manager Paul Ince has been handed a welcome, if unexpected bonus of the news that the Jack Walker Trustees have decided against their decision to withdraw their funding.

The annual £3 million investment that the Trustees gave the club was scheduled to end this summer due to the lucrative money generated by the Television deals on offer. However, this decision was to be reviewed each summer and it has been decided that Ince WILL be given this £3 million to boost his transfer kitty, with it understood that the arrival of a new manager and the possibility of an Ewood Park takeover has prompted this decision.

Blackburn chairman John Williams told the Lancashire Telegraph: "The trustees are going to put some more in this year and see where we go from there, so we are delighted. It will help us to remain competitive, and help Paul Ince as well.

"It was only last year at the onset of the new TV deal that the money was not paid and it was always left that we would review the situation
."

Incey will be delighted with this, as if he can work the transfer market ANYWHERE near as good as Mark Hughes did then this could bring in some real quality to help carry on the job he was doing at Ewood.

This unexpected windfall will help Incey as he looks to add to what is already a superb squad!!!
Hughes Da Man
Its a start, we can get a squad player for that money!

Come on Maji - it depends on how it's spent you know that. The Walker Family have invest a fair sum over the years, 3 million seems a small amount, but we are a smaller club. Samba, Warnock and Nelson would have all been bought for that.

HDM you have to keep your name as ?DM, that's how you are recognised - gotta be IDM (Ince Da Man) surely??
Wellsy
With maji's multi voting there isnt much chance for anything else Wellsy!!!! lol

It wasn't sarcasm we can get one for that, we just don't need 1st 11 players, that cash could sign a young back-up to MGP, and back-up RB as it seems Emo will be in midfield again this year.

I think Brett is ready to return to the RM spot... He has toughened up and adjusted to the League properly over the last 2/3 years.

Wellsy - I know what you are saying but I suppose I have to go with the Public?!?! If I get WALKER (as looks likely) maybe I will be allowed to go as WALKER Da Man as a compremise, whatever though on my profile in the top right-hand corner I will have a mention about being formerly known as HDM!
Hughes Da Man
TAFKA HDM.... thats a lot of initials that boss.
