Worst Player Faced This Season
With YOUR help Vital Blackburn has been trying to determine what have been the best and worst of the Blackburn Rovers 2007-2008 season.
The nominations are still be taken for other Awards, but the Vital Blackburn Awards for 2007-2008 continue to be dished out with the WORST PLAYER TO FACE ROVERS THIS SEASON.
THE WINNER: JENS LEHMANN.
When asked to simply leave the name of the player you believe has been the WORST Player to face Rovers this Season most felt Jens Lehmann should be the Award Winner, so congratulations go to Lehmann for being the best worst player to face Rovers!!!
Everyone knows what Lehmann is all about, his erratic performances left question marks hanging over his Arsenal future for several years, and after one mistake too many (and age catching up with him) the Germany International has finally seen his Gunners career ended and he has returned to his homeland.
He quite literary handed us the goal that earned us the point that we deserved in the 1-1 draw against them at Ewood Park in mid August, as he let a routine David Dunn effort squirm beneath his grasp!!!
