Ince Goes Back To Where It All Began

Blackburn Rovers manager Paul Ince will kick off his reign as our manager by returning to the club at which his managerial career began when Rovers travel to Macclesfield Town for a Pre-Season friendly.

Ince leads Rovers to Moss Rose on Monday the 14th of July to face Macclesfield, we are then off to Austria before a three team tournament in Portugal when we face Benfica on the 25th of July and Sporting Lisbon on the 26th of July. Another former club of Incey's (as a player) provide the opposition at Molineux on the 2nd of August when we face Wolverhampton Wanderers with the final match, (and his first outing at Ewood) taking place on the 9th of August when we face NAC Breda.

A healthy Pre-Season schedule here, the matches in Portugal will be especially beneficially but the first match of Incey's reign at Ewood against Breda is one to look forward to as well.
