Annan Claims A Rovers Interest

Ghanaian International Anthony Annan last week claimed that Blackburn Rovers are interested in signing him.

The 21-year-old is contracted to IK Start but is currently on loan with Stabaek but was at the tail end of last week claiming an interest from Rovers, as well as other English clubs (Bolton Wanderers and Middlesbrough).

Annan told the Ghanaian FA website "My agent is working hard for me, and he says a lot about me moving to the Premiership in the summer.

"He told me Blackburn, Bolton and Middlesbrough are all interested.

"My first choice is for a move to England, but I would otherwise think about France or Spain
."

Fact or fiction?!?!

Any player that Michael Essien recommends to Chelsea must be pretty good, but I don't really know anything about him myself and don't really see this happening.

cant comment myself as I have only seen him playa few times. I agree HDM, he must be decent if Essien says he is good

Yer the essien comments make him sound good, but can you trust him, spose if chelsea wanted to sign him then must be pretty decent, another Essien i would take him.
roverjoy
