Rovers Man of the Match v Portsmouth

Vital Blackburn's most recent poll asked, "Rovers Man of the Match v Portsmouth?" We voted Roque Santa Cruz.

ONCE AGAIN, by gaining 40% of the vote Santa Cruz scooped the Man of the Match Award for his match winning performance against Portsmouth last Sunday. Again the Paraguayan adapted to a system to play in a midfield five before moving alongside Jason Roberts in the second half. His nearest challenger was Johann Vogel with 18%.

The rest were much the same as each other really although Brad Friedel, Ryan Nelsen, Christopher Samba and Jason Roberts (all 6%) did stand out slightly.

So in summary
B Friedel - 6%
B Emerton - 2%
R Nelsen - 6%
C Samba - 6%
S Warnock - 2%
D Bentley - 2%
S Reid - 4%
J Vogel - 18%
M G Pedersen - 4%
R Santa Cruz - 40%
J Roberts - 6%
A Ooijer (Sub 87mins) - 2%
D Dunn (Sub 90mins) - 2%

The current poll, suggested by The Rovers Players starts the quest to determine the Rovers Player of the Month so is asking "Defender/Keeper of the Month for April?"

PLEASE NOTE: The positional votes are going to be quick fire ones so get your votes in quick!
