Santa Cruz This Season's Best

Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll, suggested by Lets Do The Samba asked "Who has been the best Rovers player this season at the moment?" Roque Santa Cruz.

Roque Santa Cruz has made a BIG impression at Ewood Park this season since his arrival from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2007, and this impression has seen him voted as the best player for Rovers this season, at least at the moment with 43%.

David Bentley was next in line with 24%, followed by the ever-dependable Brad Friedel (10%). All the others were much the same as each others. (But will these results prove the same in the End of Season Vital Blackburn Awards, taking place when the season is done and dusted!!!)

So in summary

Chris Samba - 5%
Morten Gamst Pederson - 1%
Brad Friedel - 10%
Ryan Nelsen - 5%
Roque Santa Cruz - 43%

At the moment Bradders, Bents and Santa are the top three for sure, in which order I'm not entirely sure yet (but I will by the time the End of Season Awards come round lol!)

when the end of season awards roll round we should have a three way fight between the three the gaffer pointed out... great stuff from all three.
