Rovers Man of the Match v Liverpool

Rovers Man of the Match v Liverpool

Vital Blackburn's most recent poll asked, "Rovers Man of the Match v Liverpool?" We voted Roque Santa Cruz.

Santa Cruz claimed Yet ANOTHER Man of the Match Award for his display against Liverpool last Sunday. His 26% saw him claim this accolade JUST ahead of his nearest challenger, Stephen Warnock (23%), who was returning to Anfield for the first time since he left the club.

The rest were much the same as each other, although Ryan Nelsen (13%), Thomas Vogel (10%), Brad Friedel (8%) & Jason Roberts (6%) did stand out from the others.

So in summary
B Friedel - 8%
B Emerton - 1%
C Samba - 0%
R Nelsen - 13%
S Warnock - 23%
D Bentley - 5%
J Vogel - 10%
S Reid - 2%
M G Pedersen - 2%
R Santa Cruz - 26%
J Roberts - 6%
Dunn (Sub 73mins) - 2%
B McCarthy (Sub 73mins) - 2%

The current poll, suggested by Lets Do The Samba is asking "Who has been the best Rovers player this season at the moment?"
