Bentley Top Rovers Midfielder

Bentley Top Rovers Midfielder

Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll asked, "Midfielder of the Month for March?" We voted in favour of David Bentley.

By quite a clear margin, with 68% Bentley was crowned the Midfielder of the Month (again!) for March after some superb performances once again, as we have seen so often this season, and the kind that WILL quite rightly bring links to "bigger clubs" and see him as the most likely candidate to make the right-sided midfield place with England his own even if he is ONLY a Rovers player!!!

Morten Gamst Pedersen's (who has got back to somewhere near his best) 16% sees him finish as runner up to Bents, and as such he also advances to the overall Player of the Month poll, taking place soon.

David Dunn (11%), Steven Reid (5%), Aaron Mokoena (0%) & Tugay (0%) completed the poll.

So in summary
David Bentley - 68%
Morten Gamst Pedersen - 16%
Aaron Mokoena - 0%
Steven Reid - 5%
Tugay - 0%
David Dunn - 11%

As the search for March's Player of the Month continues, the positional votes conclude with the current poll asking, "Forward of the Month for March?" Who will join David Bentley, Morten Gamst Pedersen, Zurab Khizanishvili & Stephen Warnock? You decide.

PLEASE NOTE: The positional votes are going to be quick fire ones so get your votes in quick!

Only one choice I thought really - which is a shame, we need some form back in our midfield!
