Rovers Man of the Match v Reading

Rovers Man of the Match v Reading

Vital Blackburn's most recent poll asked, "Rovers Man of the Match v Reading?" We voted Jason Roberts.

Roberts once again (as he has a few times this season) picked up the Man of the Match Award in the 0-0 draw with Reading on Saturday. His 40% saw him comfortably claim this accolade, and deservingly so.

The rest were much the same as each other, although Ryan Nelsen (11%), Roque Santa Cruz (11%) & Brad Friedel (10%) did stand out from the others.

So in summary
B Friedel - 10%
A Ooijer - 2%
R Nelsen - 11%
Z Khizanishvili - 2%
S Warnock - 0%
D Bentley - 5%
S Reid - 8%
D Dunn - 2%
M G Pedersen - 5%
R Santa Cruz - 11%
J Roberts - 40%
B McCarthy (Sub 82mins) - 2%
M Derbyshire (Sub 86mins) - 2%

The current poll, suggested by The Rovers Players begins the search for the Player of the Month for March, so is asking "Defender/Keeper of the Month for March?"

I just wish Bentley played as well as he did last game! We need more consistency with out team's form if we want Europe.

Cant argue with this. Benni's gonna find it mighty difficult to get back in the team.
