Vital Blackburn A Man Down

Sad news I'm afraid dudes, Vital Blackburn has to sadly announce the departure of one of the Vital Blackburn Journalistic team.

Sadly Roversman no longer has the time to devote to Vital Blackburn, so he has informed me of his decision to withdraw from the Website, which is more than understandable, he still has much love for the Website but as he feels he can't devote the time that he feels is required he has gracefully bowed out. His increasing workload already meant that he had to pass on the Match Reports duties, but unfortunately this ever-increasing workload now makes it impossible for him to fulfil the duties that he HAS done with such pride and REAL quality for so long.

This is REALLY sad for me personally, as Roversman has basically been with me from the VERY beginning, so he'll be missed in terms of his quality input and as a friend and colleague. The GOOD NEWS though is that he aims to continue contributing, be this with his comments and hopefully even the odd article here and there (so his administrative perks have been retained should he find the time) but he just doesn't have the time to devote to Vital Blackburn any longer on a regular basis, which is a shame, but fully understandable.

With his leaving the Match Preview section now changes hands, MikeyGamst has volunteered to step up to the plate, so I look forward to reading his unbiased and fair accounts of Rovers matches (as Roversmans ALWAYS were!!!)

I hope that you will join me in wishing Roversman ALL the very best for the future and thank him sincerely for ALL the hard work, time and effort that he has put in over the past what 18-months or so, with his help Vital Blackburn has gone from strength to strength, and we have been able to offer exclusive interviews with the likes of Peter Harrison and have also produced several other exclusive articles for Vital Blackburn, he will be sorely missed but he will not be leaving the Website altogether so look out for his comments, and the odd article.

Sad that you have to go dude, but it's understandable, thanks for your efforts in helping to get Vital Blackburn to where it now is.

Will be a massive loss for our European Ambitions. Well you get the jist. One of the very first articles i read was a Roversman match preview followed up by a match report. He has always provided us on excellent feedback on results, whether it be Premier League or matches on our European Adventures. This site has developed at great lengths, much through Roversmans abiltiy to design fabulous articles and his great regular input to this site. I take my hat of to Roversman and wish him all the best. Hope to see you around mate
sasman

To be honest, I have always really enjoyed reading roversman's contributions. Quality, well written stuff. Hopefully he'll still do the odd bit when the fancy takes him.

I would like to also share my sadness at Jimbo's withdrawl but "Real world" stuff has to come first eh? Good luck with the Pick Up Stuff mate and my sincerest best wishes for the future. You will be missed! Don't be too much of a stranger though as Mikey's Maniacs know where you live ;)
