Rovers Man of the Match v Newcastle

Rovers Man of the Match v Newcastle

Vital Blackburn's most recent poll asked, "Rovers Man of the Match v Newcastle?" We voted Brad Friedel.

Friedel picked up the Man of the Match Award against Newcastle United, deservingly so after ONCE AGAIN making a series of saves to not only keep us level for most of the match, but also keep us in it before our injury time winner. His 60% saw him claim the Award comfortably ahead of others.

The rest were much the same as each other, although Roque Santa Cruz (11%) & Steven Reid (9%) did stand out from the others.

So in summary
B Friedel - 60%
A Ooijer - 4%
B Samba - 1%
Z Khizanishvili - 2%
S Warnock - 1%
B Emerton - 1%
D Bentley - 3%
S Reid - 9%
M G Pedersen - 2%
R Santa Cruz - 11%
B McCarthy - 1%
J Roberts (Sub 60mins) - 1%
M Derbyshire (Sub 61mins) - 4%

The current poll, suggested by The VBers (Vital Blackburners) concludes the Player of the Month search so is asking "Player of the Month for February?"
